I like your wall display there! Do you have a cover? Seems to me that they would both be a big dust collector and a real pain to dust off! Great having models nearby!

No...no covers and yes big dusting problem....but I do take some down on regular basis so kinda nice not having any covers.

Her is a Fomaer, F-86D (or F-86K) from the "Black cats" aerobatic team. I tried to buy this model over two yeas ago but was told no.....so I asked if I could have the first opportunity to buy it if he ever decided to sell......took over two years but I got it! As for the price...well I used to have two kidneys. :o This is the larger 1/48th scale allowing for the cockpit and pilot with a clear canopy. The 1/60th scale is a solid aluminum canopy.

Here is another F-86D. This is 1/48th scale but no clear canopy.
