It is not an unusual model and regular offert in ebay (often in much better condition). Is it a bronzard model?

I am not sure but as I have a 1940 Bronzart ID 1/72 scale model {very hard to find BTW} of the P-39 I compared the two and the casting details are quite different. Generally, Bronzart did not do the national insignia in the castings, the finished color of their display models was not silver {more like a golden varnish} and they would not do the car door detail like your photo shows.
