Models in the Technik Museum Berlin

Postby fliegerii » Fri Jul 08, 2011 8:22 pm

Today is a great day for Air + Space. Not only the last mission of the Space Shuttle has been started, but it is also 75th birthday of Frankfurt Rhein Main Airport!

Reason enough to present some pictures of the models displayed in the Technik Museum Berlin :D :D :D
I made a long weekend trip to Berlin in April this year and used this opportunity for a visit there.

That bar is amazing! I wonder if the bottles still contain some historic liquor... :D

The bar is super cool. I was watchign tv tonight and there was a 1920s speakeasy upright piano that was made into bar. But it was hid inside it. Being retired does allow lots of tv watchign.
But very nice stuff.
