Please see my Album post. Got it from Canada in 2007.
My interest in this toy started in the 80s when I saw the box of the Daiya Pan Am toy in a picture
in Plane News mag.

There are two Daiya series of 2707 toys : friction (9inch) battery (18 in)

The liveries I have seen are:

Fricton: Pan Am, Alitalia, BOAC

Battery: Pan Am, TWA, American, JAL, Lufthansa (white and blue tail)

Lufthansa battery 18 inch: Two tail versions were made, white/blue and later full blue
Recently several Daiya 2707 popped up on Ebay.

That's right, I forgot about the 9 inch! Wow, that one is really stubby-looking and it's rarer than the big plane. Daiya made some famous Space/Robot/Science Fiction toys, so this "future jet" was a natural choice for the firm.
