This aircraft actually flew well in prototype form but was never produced in series. It used pulse jets in the rotor tips for no-torque creating power {and hence no need for a tail rotor}, and the inclined/slant hinged rudder used the rotor's down force to help with hover taxi turns. I have two, the second one is a slightly different color.
One has to admire the comic book style graphics.

as an aside, I once tried to fly a Huey at night in VN using a first generation, hand held binoclular style night vision unit. Not easy to do. Induced vertigo. The Hiller Hornet pilot doesn't seem to have any problems, though!
