Midgetoy Jet Fighter Castings

When I was collecting, I had two different variants of what I thought was a Midgetoy North American F-86 Sabre Jet.
I do not remember them being marked as such, but the overall shape was distinctively that of the F-86.
One of them had wingtip tanks, the other one lacked wingtip tanks but had engines at the wing roots.
(All the Midgetoy planes I had: Sabre, Cougar, Cutlass, Canberra, 707, had wheels. I have seen photos of some that were made without them!)
Does anybody know whether Midgetoy had different names for these different casting variants?
