Crude but fun friction BOAC 747

Just won this little fellow on Ebay UK for 21 Pounds incl postage. I know its crude but the Box artwork is period and the toy quality is fun. I have as many models of the BOAC 747 as I can find (a lot these days thanks to the 1-200.1-400,1-500 manufacturers) but my favourites are still the toys from the late 60s early 70s.
My all time what-if would be a clockwork Schuco 747 in 1-250 finished and boxed like the one they did in 1-600. Never made sadly, but would be nice mock up from a Schuco 747 Lufthansa with new box photoshopped up from the 1-600 Box- now there is a nice little Custom project.
