The brand IPT, from Washington state, started to make these Eggocentrics caricature planes in 1975. They were snap kits that came with plastic stickers in United, American or Northwest airline colors.
I got it readily assembled from a McDonnell-Douglas gift catalogue in 1979. By this time, the brand had disappeared from hobby shops, so they must have been left over.
