Ja-Ru! It became some kind of throw-back line putting out some new stuff well after all the other "generic" cheap crap far east lines had gone away! I love their Eastern Air Lines VC-10! Good catch on this one!
Another Concorde classic is the Bachmann Mini-Planes Concorde. Again, a prototype. Surprisingly I don't have a picture! ...so much to do!
Everyone had a Concorde in their line - all lines, great and small! It's signfidicant that Maisto never had one. This line became so generic, yet it never transformed into a broad line. RIP!
On the other hand, the appearance of the Concorde and the 747 in 1969 heralded the explosion of "new" toy aircraft lines across the world - especially from the far east. These toys were suddenly hot and had to be incorporated - ney, taken to the forefront of the toy lines! That boom would last from that time until the mid '00s.
Here's an Argentinian Concorde whose pic I picked up a long time ago.
