In the early 1990s, mom bought me an "Arkin A-OK" brand Piper Comanche on the card from a grocery store that was going out of business called "Great American."
Here is another green version with different graphics printed on the wings.
Later in the 1990s it was available in the "Dollar stores" that were replacing FW Woolworth in the US. The card reads Kamysco of Québec.
Most likely, the Chinese "Summer" factory that started in the 70s in Hong Kong made these planes. Note that these toys are similar in size and shape to the Matchbox Sky-Busters version that debuted in the late '70s. All of these toys have plastic wings and lower fuselages.
