Beech

...having played around with aluminium castings again. It is a 1:72 Beech 18 / C-45 /AT-7. The master was made from a plastic kit and it was just a "fooling around project" and quite fast finished. Nice and small and it fits between the large ones. Haven't made any mountings for stand, because i haven't had till now good idea for a stand. Perhaps one like the AirJet's from Florida.

Absolutely beautiful BEECH C45 USAF. You should be very proud of your ability.
Regarding aircraft stands - sometimes I go to THRIFT STORES. Yes, plain ordinary
thrift stores. Sometimes they have beautiful mirrors on a beautiful chrome or
aluminum stand. These make perfect stands for my few DESK AIRCRAFT. Also try
IKEA DEPARTMENT STORE for the same circular chrome base mirrors. With the vast
majority of my ALUMINUM/CHROME DESK AIRCRAFT, I am overjoyed to find just the
airplane without the stand. Then I have a year to find the proper base.
