Is this 1/72nd again?
I'm a small scale modeler and the Monogram Air Power, in 1/240, has a HU-16 in it.
As for the Coronado, I've only ever seen the 1/432nd piece and a somewhat larger toy that was patterned of it. These are all too small for you, I'm certain. There are some vac-forms, of course, but only a couple, of dubious quality and hard to find. (And I haven't been looking!)

Altaya has been distributing models of aircraft (fighters, helicopters, bombers, military transports, floatplanes) for many years in several European and South American countries. Under their bomber series they released 60 models in 1/144th scale, including several float planes: Catalina, Sunderland, Mavis, Emily, Coronado, Mariner, BV-222, Do-24, He-115 and Cant Z-506B.
Amercom, a Polish distributor, released the same aircraft (different models) with a somewhat smaller metal content. Some (the larger ones) in 1/200th scale.
Some of these models are available in the US at some of the larger web sellers, such as Diecast Direct and the Flying Mule.
